Federación Obrera Nacionalista ("FON"), with address at Pestalozzi 809, Colonia Narvarte, Benito Juárez Borough, Postal Code 03020, Mexico City, and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties ("the Law"), is responsible for the confidentiality, use, and protection of personal data. Consequently, we provide you with this Privacy Notice in order to inform you about how your personal data and any information collected directly or indirectly from the data subject, including sensitive personal data, are used, disclosed, and stored. The purpose is to guarantee the privacy of such information and the right to informational self-determination of individuals.

iii. Llevar a cabo las gestiones necesarias para realizar la afiliación del Titular a la organización sindical.
iv. Integración de un padrón de miembros
v. Cumplir con los estatutos de la organización sindical

Adicionalmente, utilizaremos su información personal para las siguientes finalidades segundarias que no son necesarias para el servicio solicitado, pero que nos permiten y facilitan brindarle una mejor atención:

i. Invitarle a participar en eventos o conocer productos y servicios

En caso de que no desee que sus datos personales se utilicen para estos fines secundarios, puede negarnos su consentimiento desde este momento enviándonos una solicitud al siguiente correo electrónico contacto@federacionobrera.com.

La negativa para el uso de sus datos personales para estas finalidades segundarias no podrá ser un motivo para que le neguemos los servicios que se solicita.

What personal data will we use for these purposes?

For the aforementioned purposes, the following personal data will be requested: Full name, address, phone number, email address, current position, salary, workplace, place of birth, and date of birth.
In addition to the personal data mentioned above, for the purposes stated in this privacy notice, we will also use the following personal data, which is considered sensitive and requires special protection: Union affiliation.
The information provided must be truthful and complete. Therefore, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and FON will not be liable in this regard.

ARCO rights
You have the following rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding your personal data:

Access and Rectification. You have the right to request that FON informs you about the personal data it holds in its databases, and you can request the rectification of any inaccuracies in them.

Cancellation. You can request the cancellation of your personal data, either personally or through your duly authorized legal representative. However, there are cases where personal data cannot be canceled due to legal provisions.

Opposition. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise this right personally or through your legal representative.

You can revoke the consent previously granted by submitting a request via email to contacto@federacionobrera.com, where you will be informed of the procedure to follow. Likewise, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those necessary to provide you with better services and products, without requiring any additional consent.

In accordance with Article 32 of the Law, FON will address your request within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days starting from the date of receipt of your request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition. You will receive a response regarding the outcome of your request via email, sent to the email address you provided in the request, or by sending a letter to the physical address you indicated. Within that period, we will inform you of the decision, and if applicable, the requested action will be implemented within 15 (fifteen) days following the date of the communication of the response. FON's compliance will be considered fulfilled at the moment when the email response is sent or when the acknowledgment of receipt and reading is received, if applicable, or when it is delivered to postal mail.

In case of revoking the consent that you may have granted for the processing of your personal data, it is important to note that FON may not be able to immediately comply with your request or conclude the use of your data in all cases, as there may be legal obligations that require the continued processing of your personal data. Additionally, you should consider that, for certain purposes, revoking your consent may result in us not being able to continue providing the service you requested or concluding it. Modifications to the Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice may undergo modifications, changes, or updates resulting from new legal requirements, our own needs for the products or services we offer, changes in our privacy practices, changes in our business model, or other reasons. Any modifications to this notice will be available on the website https://www.federacionobrera.com.

FON may engage one or more third parties as providers of goods or services that support the activities of our organization, including the handling and administration of the personal data provided to us. This may also involve the verification of the provided information and establishing a professional relationship between a third party and the data subject. FON may share or transmit your personal data within the user's workplace for the same purposes stated in this privacy notice. However, these transfers do not require your consent.Furthermore, it is possible that your information may be transferred to the Secretaría de Trabajo y Previsión Social (Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare) or any agency under its jurisdiction for the fulfillment of labor obligations imposed by the Federal Labor Law and other related regulations.

The personal data provided to FON will be compiled in a database owned exclusively by FON.

FON has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data. These measures are also required to be followed by the service providers we engage with.
